Economists foresee next year to remain competitive in terms of available homes for sale to the larger number of prospective home-owners. At least, for the first part of 2021. There appears a good chance for total housing inventory to reach a bit closer to a leveling point later on in the year. Lending rates may begin to rise at that point too.
